Luxury vinyl plank flooring is throughout the main floor living space. 
 

Tube skylights illuminate the hallway and outlet pathway lights turn on automatically when hallway lights are turned off. The hallway was widened during a recent addition/ remodel. 
 

Two new bedrooms were added in 2020. New carpet in all bedrooms was also installed at that time. Double pane windows, energy efficient ceiling fans, upgraded outlets with USB charging ports are in every room. The two new bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and extra display/storage space with plant shelves. There is also a rock climbing wall leading to a hideout loft in one room! In another bedroom, monkey bars, rock climbing wall, and rope swing are ready for more adventures!

A laundry room/ mud room has new cabinets and quartz countertops. Complete with soft close drawers and a sink, it looks too nice to be called a utility sink, but can take any mess you throw at it. New LG Washer and dryer included. Removable lemon peel-and-stick wallpaper lines the space. 
 

In the great room, large windows overlook the field and flower beds. Views of the entire property can be seen from the great room. Ceiling fans and recessed lighting illuminate the vaulted space. The living room leads up to a loft above the space. Perfect for bonus space, an office, or a workout room. 
 

Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2020. Updated fixtures are throughout the home.
